Returns

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items such as [personal care, intimate items, final sale, or gift cards] cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.
